The Board is responsible for planning and organizing promotional events and marketing materials, make recommendations on the budget, and plan for physical improvements within the Old Town La Verne District.
The members of the Old Town La Verne Business Improvement District serve voluntarily and do not get any paid compensation. They are appointed by Council Members and serve two-year terms with no maximum terms.
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
Separate from the District, the Old Town business owners have formed a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the Old Town La Verne Business Association, who is responsible primarily for the marketing of Old Town La Verne. Their website can be found here: www.oldtownlaverne.org
